2. Coaching & Advisory Scope

ActionCOACH Ascend Texas provides executive strategy, business coaching, leadership development, and operational systemization advisory services:

• Implementation Commitment: Client growth and results depend directly on the owner's and team's execution of strategies developed during sessions.
• No Guarantees: While we utilize proven ActionCOACH methodologies with over 30 years of global success, financial results vary based on market conditions and client execution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All coaching materials, Playbooks, Strategy Cards, ABoS software frameworks, branding, graphics, and proprietary methodologies provided during our programs remain the exclusive intellectual property of ActionCOACH Ascend Texas and ActionCOACH Global.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these materials solely for their internal business operations and growth. Unauthorised redistribution or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ActionCOACH Ascend Texas and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business decisions made by the client.

Business decisions remain the ultimate responsibility of the business owner and leadership team.
